Email your event write-up to amy@sacramentoparent.com in the following format:

Date & Day - Name of Event Followed by a brief description of the event’s offerings for parents and/or children… Include the start time (and end time if possible) and location, including city. Specify cost(s) or if the event is free. Remember to include contact information too: name (if desired), phone number, and Web site (if helpful).

(example:) 9/27 SATURDAY - Target Children’s Book Celebration Children’s authors and illustrators take the Mother Goose stage while fun literacy activities, including special theater performances, entertain kids all weekend long. Barbara Joosse, author of several children’s books (including “Nikolai, The Only Bear”) is a featured author! 10am-4pm at Fairytale Town in William Land Park of Sacramento, 9/27 & 9/28. Please submit information before the 5th of the month before the event (i.e., Oct 5th for Nov events, Nov 5th for Dec events, etc.). We feature events which are family-friendly or specifically related to parenting. Submissions will be reviewed on the 10th of each month and edited for content and consistency.
