Blast off to an out-of-this-world birthday party at the Discovery Museum Science
& Space Center! Start off with a private 30-minute Planetarium show, then
spend a half-hour checking out the exhibits and live animals in the museum.
Next, our party hostess will welcome your party to the birthday room, complete
with space-themed decorations, tablecloths, plates, napkins, tableware, cups,
and nametags. You provide the cake and other refreshments; we’ll provide
fun and entertaining science-based activities – such as the “build
your own roller coaster” gravity experiment and rocket-launch contest!
The birthday child will also receive a limited-edition NASA Space Bear. The
birthday child & young guests should be 4 years of age or older for maximum
appreciation and participation in the planned activities and Planetarium show.
Total party time is 2 hours for 15 children and 5 adults. There will be an
extra $10 charge for each additional guest up to a maximum capacity of 35.
Basic fee is $200 for members; $250 for non-members (includes a 1-year membership
for up to 5 family members.) Complete your special party day with goodie bags
for your guests to take home! Party favor packs are available for $8 and up
